When we lived in Rockledge, Florida, we discovered an amazing location right in your own backyard! We attended an event that was filled with fun, informative, and hands-on activities, and we did not have to travel far!

The Rockledge Gardens Food Revolution was an awesome day of health, nutrition, and being eco-friendly! We had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in activities that empowered us with tips and information on how to lead a healthy lifestyle.

We had the privilege to personally connect with numerous local businesses like Sunseed Food Co-op, Healthy Planet of Brevard, YMCA, Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, Rockledge Gardens, Mrs. Mango and Company, Sea Turtle Preservation Society, and many more. These businesses are committed to promoting and supporting healthy living in our community.

We learned how much sugar our drinks contain, cooked with the sun, tasted delicious food made right in front of us, played and created with our food, and discovered the physical activities and exercises available in our community.

This was an unforgettable event and an amazing experience! Rockledge Gardens is a beautiful location that offers many events throughout the year.
